Adv. (CPA) Daniella Gabay Ben-Ze’ev

Adv. Daniella Gabai Ben-Zeev is an attorney at the law firm of Yossi Elisha Calderon & Co., and deals with all aspects of taxation, including Israeli and international taxation, real estate taxation, trusts, taxation of individuals and companies.

Among other things, Daniella, provides legal support to the firm’s clients in complex proceedings vis-à-vis the tax authorities, as well as in tax appeals vis a vis various legal instances, including the courts.

Daniella serves as a member of the liaison committee with the tax authorities of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel, and is very active as a lecturer in the field of taxation. Daniella lectures inter alia in tax studies at the Israel Bar Association, lectures in professional forums, and publishes articles on taxes in various journals.

In addition, Daniela serves as an external lecturer at the Faculty of the School of Business Administration at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as at the Faculty of Law at Bar-Ilan University.

Daniella did her internship at the legal department of the Income Tax Commission at the Tax Authority, and then worked for several years in the tax department of the leading accounting firms Ernst & Young and Deloitte.

Education:
B.A. in Law and Accounting (combined degree) from the Faculty of Law and the School of Business Administration, Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
LL.M. in commercial law from the Faculty of Law, Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
